We had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impressive and the hotel facilities were good. The staff were the best as they were always patient and helpful. The location is really near the beach and the "sanctuary of truth", which was a unique experience. Additionally, the hotel provided free transportation to another hotel with a nice pool.

The hotel was quiet and clean with modern rooms. There was plenty of space in our room and the buffet breakfast was filling. The location was nice, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and with restaurants nearby. We also appreciated the golf cart that took us to another hotel with a nice pool and beach.

We had a poor service experience. Our check-in took a long time and the staff had difficulty finding our reservation.

I like bed. Staffs is very good at service. The room is wide, comfortable & good decorate. Good security of room. Breakfast is nice, many choices and taste is good. Can go to swimming pool at The Zign hotel. Internet is at good speed.

No washer in the toilet. Wash basin is too shallow. Toilet has no partition and at the top of the bed, that's not good for Feng Shui.

the shower mixer does not work. You get either a cold shower or water get too hot for comfort. This is one bad plumbing work at this hotel. If you want a good shower, don't pick this hotel.

The hotel also offered excellent amenities such as a swimming pool with a beautiful view, and even complimentary access to another hotel's pool and beach. The breakfast provided was satisfactory, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was peaceful and serene.
